Hey, I really liked it It's one of the best BBC series (not a fan of Dr Who so much anymore...) plus the Arthurian legends have always interested me, even if the BBc have got it terribly wrong

The only real inaccuracy with the legends BBC have is how Merlin is slightly younger than Aurthur. Oh well, it's entertaining.

Australia got series one a few months ago and they had a competition for the show. The prize was a trip to France to go see them filming and then just a trip to England for no real reason. I entered, but didn't win. Sucks, 'cause I absolutely adore this show. ;D ;D

I didn't know it was filmed in France. Especially since at the end it says BBC WALES.

Yay! I do love Merlin, it might be completely sh** but I love it. Although my friends theorise that this is only because Colin Morgan has bigger ears than me! This series is going good so far, although I do notice the costume department has had an upgrade!

Absolutely obsessed with Merlin...it has been my saviour in the months when I thought Primeval was gone for good. And due to the nose-dive the Nick/Helen/Claudia/Jenny storyline has taken, I am still obsessed by it. Just to clear up the BBC Wales thing, the exterior castle shots and some of the interior are shot at Pierrefonds Castle in France, the rest is shot at a Studio in Wales and various locations around the UK.
