So, at the end Evan says
"I think we changed something" and they run back to thier anomaly, so, whats your theory on whats been changed and whats changed?

My theory is this: 2006 the year when Evan lost his wife and the same time Cutter was on Engladn with his team fighting against anomalies, all that we know, ARC, Cutter, Convergence, Future Predators all was wiped out. Probably that Albertosaurus was a link in a chain of moments that was broken when Evan killed the Albertosaurus.

It implies that either the anomalies are sensitive to changes in time, and can get closed by a "ripple", which we haven't seen before, or that the junction they were on was eventually, in the future (as seen from 2006), the work of humans.
What bothers me about the episode is not so much the cliffhanger, but why Evan goes through so much trouble to get the dinosaur to kill his wife if he knows it's going to kill him too. Because that would have changed the past at least as much as not letting it go back.
Whatever happened, there would still be some wildcards in the game that can restore it. Most notably: Connor. He was through an anomaly when it happened, and since he didn't say where he was from it could well be the recent past. (Then again, him being married and the new team seem to suggest he's from the future, so him solving everything with a future-gadget would have been an option too. And the other inventor guy was probably also through an anomaly. And we didn't get a kill confirmarion on Mac, he could still find a way back, switch jackets with Connor, stop himself from entering and go in wearing the right jacket and getting killed to restore the timeline.
Or maybe something else entirely has happened, unrelated to their journey. They're ending on a huge cliffhanger here. My guess is it wouldn't have changed too much. After all, the colonel just got killed, they wouldn't do that if they were going to bring him back in the next episode (which would have been the 50th of the continued series).
